This is why we provide training throughout the 18-month warranty on installed systems. We design your Building Automation/Energy Management System to properly monitor your mechanical equipment. This will allow you to make critical decisions that can have a direct effect on your mechanical budget. Monitoring capabilities include:

• ALARMS - The system can establish alarm parameters based on temperature, amperage, electrical consumption or other monitoring points. The alarms can consist of computer messages, sound or dial out to maintenance personnel.
  
• TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT can be accomplished simply, without major programming.
  
• SCHEDULES can be created based on your requirements and is not limited.
  
• USER ACCESS - The system allows you to select only the personnel authorized to make corrections or adjustments. These monitoring capabilities will allow you to coordinate with your mechanical service company any repairs or additions to your HVAC system.
